Ask whether they want a haircut, shaving, a perm or a combination. Check the current menu and staff availability, and make sure they know the appointment details. Do not assume they qualify for a first-visit offer based on your own visit history.

Plan your appointment

For a perm, the guest needs to disclose their treatment history and discuss suitability directly with the barber. An iron perm is not recommended on bleached hair. A booking made on someone’s behalf should leave room for that assessment rather than presenting a particular technique as already agreed.
