When we discuss an iron perm

An iron perm is one option we consider for stiff, dense hair and for men who want a more manageable shape. The aim is to make the chosen shape easier to recreate in the morning. We do not recommend iron perms on bleached hair.

When we discuss rod-based styles

If you want movement or defined curls, we can discuss our nuance, spiral and twist spiral options. Tell us how visible you want the curl to be and how you prefer your hair to look when styled. We then consider the suitable approach with your hair’s condition and history in mind.

What stays the same

Our consultation and haircut planning remain part of the service whichever technique is selected. We allocate a 60-minute booking slot to both our usual perm and iron perm appointments.
