If a professional facial shave is new to you, a few questions can help you choose the right appointment. You should know what is planned before settling into the chair.

“What will be shaved?”
Tell us whether you want a clean-shaven face or want to retain facial hair. Confirm the areas to be treated before the service begins. A clear agreement matters more than assuming a familiar routine.

“Can we adjust the towel temperature?”
Yes, your comfort should be discussed. Tell your barber if you prefer a less warm towel, and say immediately if the temperature feels uncomfortable.

“What should I mention about my skin?”
Let us know about current irritation, recent skin treatments and any products that have caused discomfort. We can discuss whether the planned service needs adjusting or whether an affected area should be left alone.

“Is this a standalone appointment?”
At HIROGINZA PREMIUM BARBER SYDNEY DYMOCKS, shaving only is planned at AUD 60. Traditional Japanese facial shaving is also part of the planned Signature Grooming Course. Please confirm final inclusions and pricing when booking; these may change before opening.
